What It's All About

During the 'Mindfulness 101' session, clients will learn about the physical, emotional and mental benefits of mindfulness; including ways to manage stress, anxiety and depression through simple forms of meditation, breathwork, visualizations, affirmations and mental organization; as well as techniques to regain balance + harmony. Minimum 3 Participants
