You can give your brain a power nap by letting yours eyes rest on something soothing for 10 minutes. Let your mind wander so it can process and make connections without your interference and opinions getting in the mix! If you really want to hit the mental reset button, add some deep breathing!
Inhale through your nose for a count of 4, exhale through your mouth for a count of 5.
10 minutes later - you’re better than ever!
...or at least better than you were 10 minutes ago and sometimes that’s really all we can ask for.
